There's an article up at Hot Air discussing the possibility of the Supreme Court not only striking down ObamaCare™, but also addressing the precedence in Commerce Clause cases altogether. It's an interesting read, but since it is unlikely to get 5-4 on this sort of scenario, it'll leave you thinking "if only", and then sighing, because the Supreme Court failed us so long ago.
