• The United States officially won the Olympics...again. I know there are some people who say the Olympics are about the athletes and not the countries. But those people are morons.
There is a reason why nations like China are even in the top ten, much less competing. It is because they think that if they beat America at something then it proves that their stupid communism or socialism is better than our far superior individualist capitalism and freedom.
Once again, they are proven wrong. I am not saying China should quit the Olympics, but lets revise their having a vote in the U.N., shall we? I mean, if you can't win at basketball or beach volleyball, then you should not have a veto in the U.N.
• Andrea Mitchell claims that Paul Ryan as a pick for VP is "not a pick for women". Lets ignore the fact that Ryan is a dude for just a minute here...
Let's say Mitt Romney picked a woman, like Condoleeza Rice or Michelle Bachmann. What would MSNBC say then? Probably something along the lines of "well she doesn't represent the average woman". Or maybe "she is dumb and doesn't know anything about vital issues". How do I know this?
Because that's what they said when Palin was picked last time. Forgive me, MSNBC, but I can't really consider anything said on your channel to have any merit whatsoever. I can say with 100% certainty that Romney could have picked George Washington to be his VP, and MSNBC would have made it sound like he picked Benedict Arnold.
So basically, I guess what I am saying here is, MSNBC is pretty much one big network o' failure. Time to move on to something you guys might be better at. Like staring at a wall without falling over.
No, you would probably fail at that too.
