Punchline Nuker of the Week: September 8, 2012

Well, it has been a week since the last Punchline Nuker of the Week award was given out, and it is time to pick another award winner.

This week it wasn't even close. Someone had a lot of time on their hands, or a lot of inspiration. Either way, I rate it as awesome. With their third award, this week's winner is Lactose the Intolerant.
