I'm with Arik and Ndnd. This particular policy actually makes sense. A profoundly evil sort of sense, make no mistake, but from a strategic viewpoint there was some logic behind it.
Fortunately, for the plan to work, it needed to stay secret. And obviously didn't.
I heard a conspiracy theory that he also orchestrated the Aurora and Newtown shootings. Crazy, maybe, but according to the Harry Reid Rules of Evidence, it's out there, someone said it, and now it's true until Obama proves it otherwise.
He hoped they would kill each other off?
ReplyDeleteWishful thinking. My guess is he thought no one would find out, then he could use the carnage to justify more restrictive gun laws.
