Dear Chris Mathews:
Over the many years you have been at
MSNBC I've noticed you, wondered about you, and at times though...
here is a guy I don't agree with but understand. There was a time
when I thought you were liberal, but fair.
Today I'm not so happy to report that I
rescind that label I gave to you some years back.
We've all know for years that you are
no different than that crazy neighbor or drunk uncle (emphasis on the
drunk, and crazy) that we all have who spouts out crazy things from
time to time. The only difference is my drunk uncle doesn't have a
near prime time hour to spew political garbage at america.
I don't know when I realized it, maybe
it was about 5-6 years ago, but I just did't care. Recently though
you said something so dumb that a dumb person with a head full if
idiot juice would have to stand up and say, “wow you're dumb you
idiot”.
Now to be fair I don't like name
calling, if with stupid idiots like Chris Mathews. So you will never
hear me call the dumb jerk stupid. I just won't do it; but when he
compares senators keeping a vote off the floor for gun regulation to
Jim Crow laws in the south?
I mean at first glance you think to
yourself... yeah he's probably right. Reducing our inalienable God
given rights, printed by man is just like segregation. Its exactly
the same thing.
Then, when you think about it, and put
some rational though into it... you realize... this guy is stupid.
Like really stupid.
Like short bus stupid.
Like eating paste stupid.
Like tugging on Superman's cape stupid.
Like Spitting into the wind stupid.
Like messing around with Jim.
So I may have accidentally jumped into
a Jim Croce song, but I think you get the point.
Chris Mathews is dumb, or stupid. One
of the two, you get to choose.
So, you're trying to take us back to the days of Jim Croce laws!
ReplyDeleteThat was my point exactly.
ReplyDeleteto tell the truth I wish I would have realized that when I was writing it... it would have gone in such a different direction. I never imagined mistaking jim croce for jim crow.
what a missed opportunity on my part.
