A Simple Message From Bugaboo

The dog in this video, Bugaboo, is overcome with pure, selfless joy because his master has come back from deployment.  It's from the heart, and it shows.  Dogs aren't capable of feigning this kind of thing, and the natural response from his master is respect and love.      

To get that all you have to do is be able to step outside the boundaries of your own ego, and understand that you're part of something bigger and more important than yourself.  Simply that.  Millions of people everywhere get that.  True leaders get that.  Dogs get that.

When you see someone who isn't able to do that, it's a sad and frightening thing.  Fear and weakness prevent some people from being able to see their true relationship to the world beyond themselves.  The hubris that attends this is a form of self deception that allows them to hide from the truth. 

To combine that level of self adulation with real power is a very dangerous thing.  It's a combination that gives rise to people like Pol Pot, Hitler, Stalin, and others. 

Bugaboo doesn't have any of those problems.
