China Gets Bad News

Michelle Obama, along with her Mother and a personal staff of about 70 people, has spent the last few days in China on a vacation billed as a "cultural exchange event".  The press was not allowed to participate.  Between the two of them they managed to alienate just about everybody they came in contact with, according to this.

White House officials have refused to admit how much the taxpayer funded trip cost.  Just put it on the tab along with Spain, Aspen, Hawaii, etc.  No problem.

The real problem is that, so far at least, every time she runs off on one of these vacations, she always comes back.
