The Wall Street Journal recently published an article by one of Obama's former men in a lab coat concerning global warming. You can find the hand-wringing and back-tracking article here.
I can find little wrong with it, but it's a far cry from the type of bluster we've heard from climate scientists for the past decade or so. He says that the science isn't settled, that humans have an effect but to what extent isn't known and appears to be less than that of the variability in the climate itself, and that computer models are all so divergent that they can't be used to drive policy.
Isn't that pretty much what we "deniers", as we're so lovingly called by his ilk, have been saying all along? In other words, it is getting well past time for global warming Armageddon to start making an appearance but the planet isn't playing along with the agenda (Earth is an Independent), so fellows like this guy have to moderate their tone and try to save face before the whole climate farce comes crashing down over their ears.
Last one who doesn't walk it back is a rotten egg.
