Nuke the Punchline - Threatening to Welch

Harvey over at IMAO has posted a new straight line of the day. You should go check it out! My favorites from the last one are :

In Its Lastest Act of Aggression, Russia Is Threatening…

(Source)
Honorable Mention to:
Jeff in South Dakota: To bring back the Spanish Inquisition. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!

#5 Oppo:.… to mass boards alongside the Trooper. … No, wait. To board troops alongside the masseur. … No, wait. (They’ll get it eventually.)

#4 Bob B: .…invading the North Pole in order to halt Christmas….

#3 Steve H: … to return the “Harshly Worded Letters” back to the U.N., postage due.

#2 Karen: … To invade mainland USA. Obama is likely to respond by calling up the army… of social workers that worked on his campaign, to make sure all the Russian soldiers are issued green cards.

And my favorite straight line of the day was from Bob in Feenicks:

In Its Lastest Act of Aggression, Russia Is Threatening…to keep Obama’s spine even if the ransom is paid. Obama is a lot more flexible without it.

Cookies to Bob in Feenicks!

...and we can't forget Kiss up Cookies :)

In Its Lastest Act of Aggression, Russia Is Threatening…

rodney dill:...[to] eat Walnuts. [I double dog dare them! :P]

Steve H:… a Walnut Drop on the US, to rival the Berlin Airlift. [Not very nice... :) ]

walruskkkch: to kidnap Anonymiss and steal the recipe for the best cookies in the world! Muwhahahahahahaha! [Alas! Who will rescue me? :)]

Kiss Up Cookies to walruskkkch,
Steve H and rodney dill!

The Musings of Anonymiss:

I decided to write for this blog because I hold choice so precious. I liked this quote:

In matters both temporal and spiritual, the opportunity to assume personal responsibility is a God-given gift without which we cannot realize our full potential as daughters and sons of God. Personal accountability becomes both a right and a duty that we must constantly defend; it has been under assault since before the Creation. We must defend accountability against persons and programs that would (sometimes with the best of intentions) make us dependent. And we must defend it against our own inclinations to avoid the work that is required to cultivate talents, abilities, and Christlike character.

That last line in other words: "You have an inner hippie. Punch him!"
