A Constitutional Question

The Constitution of the United States
Article. I, Section. 9, last sentence, says:

"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."

Something about that "no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them..." statement makes me wonder - did Hillary get express Congressional consent to accept all those foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation, you know, for things like signing over our Uranium to Russia?

Because I think she may have skipped that step.

It also makes me wonder - serious as it is - if the whole "email" thing is a smokescreen. Granted, it would be one of those "where there's smoke there's fire" type of smokescreen because she surely screwed up with her illegal off-the-record "let's dodge Federal record-keeping statutes" private hackable server, but I can't help to think that's a minor issue compared to repeat violations of Constitutional law.

Is it just me?
